The opportunity Nestled in the heart of One Mile, our award-winning Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to guide a team of three in providing a quality housekeeping service to 40 glamping tents and cabins of various accommodation styles at a 4-star standard. Your role as Housekeeping Team Leader is key in providing leadership and supervision to the housekeeping team, blending both a hands on approach whilst also contributing to the planning, coordination and facilitation of systems, processes, plans, and sanctuary activities as a member of the leadership team. You will coordinate with the team daily around cleaning standards, allocation of resources, and undertaking of general administrative tasks to support the Sanctuary operations. This is a permanent opportunity – working 60 hours up to 76 hours per fortnight on a 7-day rotating roster Base Salary Range: $54,171 to $61,483 pa based on 30 hours / week 12% superannuation adverse work allowance $1,945 retention allowance You will be working from Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary A full list of key responsibilities can be found in the position description – view the position description.
